An employer who abuses workers deceives the media

It”s suprising that we on the 30th of Democracy in South Africa but some employees are managed through german hand and starlin style. In an issue that is currently trending which implicates the employer of the company RH Carriers based in Eastwood allerged of abusing employees, Today he deceived the media when they asked him to speak for himself regarding the allegations of torturing employees.

In files we have as news company, we recieved video clip of Lebohang Mahlomula the employee who was at hospital after being tortured by so call “boss” Prevan at RH Carriers after being recharged thay record him video mentioned he’ll not press charges than they gave him money.

A number of crisis we recieved from different employees who experienced bad experience on this company even former employees shares their outcry about this company via social media even on conversation shared to us regards their working condition.

Therefore as justice seeker and honesty and integrity in this country we scheduled a meeting with the employer of RH Carriers , a logistic company promised to come and speak to the media, but media team spent hours in his site unfortunately he was not even in his office.

What shocked media team was that they recieved called someone who said he was his lawyer, but when asked the name of his company, he did not disclose it, the lawyer was also calling using RH employer cellphone who claim that he was in court in Durban for assault, according to him.

Therefore former driver at R.H also raised his constrain of salary,working condition under this company were unethical than he decided to quit his job.
Based on the evidence we have on records , employees rights most companies violate it because of people are needy , they took everything on the table, unfortunately we on the country where people’s rights are violeted day by day which is one of the things that need to be taken into consideration since some companies doesn’t allow employee to have unions which make it more worse to deal with those abusive employer , hopefully government institution must take it course to deal with those companies that violate employees right because we believe”no employer has the right to hit employee”.
