The Vusi Ntshangase Foundation collaborated with the Dr. Musa Dongwe Foundation to bring doctors to senior citizens. This outreach program aimed to address the challenges seniors face in accessing medical care, particularly in cases where clinics take a while to issue referral letters to hospitals.
The collaboration sought to help seniors with age-related diseases, early cancer symptoms, and other health issues such as:
- Cervical cancer screening (Pap-smear)
- Prostate cancer screening
- Depression and other mental health concerns
During these outreach programs, seniors felt more comfortable sharing their problems, including cases of abuse by their children, grandchildren, or relatives, with doctors rather than nurses.

The Vusi Ntshangase Foundation also told Bhekizizwe media that his future plans regards organization include the following main objectives that are on the priority list:-
- Continue bringing doctors to more places
- Seek sponsors to support their initiatives
- Reach out to seniors in their homes who are unable to visit clinics for screening and medical treatment.
By doing so, the foundation hopes to provide essential healthcare services to seniors in need.
